By placing an order on Ginza Source, you agree to the following terms.

Ginza Source is a Tokyo-based licensed secondhand goods dealer. All items sold on this site are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.

All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes. No additional customs or import duties apply, as all items are delivered within Japan.

Orders are delivered to hotels in the Tokyo metropolitan area only. We do not offer international shipping. At checkout, you must provide your hotel name, address, and room number.

We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item. Product photos show the actual item you will receive. If you believe an item does not match its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery under the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment method used is your own.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
