Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, including all tags and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us by email or LINE within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a collection from your hotel at no extra cost.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

If you receive an item that does not match the listing description, please contact us immediately. We will arrange an exchange or full refund.

All sales of items marked "Final Sale" are non-refundable.
