Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ginza Source offers hand-delivered service to hotels in the Tokyo metropolitan area. We do not ship internationally.

Please place your order at least 5 days before your arrival in Japan. This allows us to source, authenticate, and prepare your item for delivery.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM JST at hotels in central Tokyo, including Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Roppongi, and Marunouchi.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM JST are delivered the following morning.

For hotels outside central Tokyo, including Asakusa, Odaiba, Shinagawa, and Ikebukuro, please allow one full business day for delivery.

Delivery is free for all orders.

At checkout, please enter your hotel name, full address, room number, and your check-in date. We coordinate delivery with your hotel's front desk or concierge.

If you need to update your delivery details after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible by email or LINE.
