How does hotel delivery work?
At checkout, enter your hotel name, address, and room number in the delivery field. We coordinate delivery with your hotel's front desk or concierge. For orders placed before 1:00 PM, same-day delivery is available for central Tokyo hotels (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Roppongi, Marunouchi). Orders placed after 1:00 PM are delivered the following morning.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. You are purchasing and receiving the item while you are physically in Japan. There is no international shipping involved, so no customs or import duties apply.
Can I return an item?
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in the same condition as received. Contact us by email or LINE and we will arrange a collection from your hotel at no extra cost. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Central Tokyo hotels: same-day delivery for orders before 1:00 PM, next-morning for orders placed after. Hotels outside central Tokyo (Asakusa, Odaiba, Shinagawa, Ikebukuro): allow one full business day.
What brands do you carry?
Our inventory changes frequently. Current and recent stock has included Hermes, Balenciaga, Moncler, Comme des Garcons, Saint Laurent, Burberry, Canada Goose, and Schott.
Can I get a tax-free receipt?
As a secondhand dealer, we sell pre-owned items. The price you see already excludes consumption tax. We can provide an itemized receipt for your records.
